I have ordered a lamp on 1st April as next day delivery, it is 7th today, still no lamp or no answer from customer services.

I ordered an outside light and pendant light. It was straightforward to find and order online. Related products were recommended e.g. correct light bulbs which was helpful. The order was delivered really quickly. The whole process was easy and quick. I'd recommend.

The service has been fantastic so far! The pendent lights arrived within 2 days and they look just like the photo online. They have not been connected yet but I am confident they will look wonderful and if there is a problem I feel that the company will sort it out for me. Thank you

Excellent service. Ordered Monday afternoon and delivered Tuesday afternoon.

LD had my money for a month before I received the product I ordered. I had repeatedly to ask when my purchase would be delivered, and only then would I be told it would be weeks; no offer of a refund; no promise to let me know when it was coming; no fulfilment of the promise "Once your package ships we will send you a tracking number". In fact, it came unannounced a week before I was told to expect it after my most recent email. So maybe '1 star' for customer service (at least they answered my emails).The product (mother daughter lamp) is okay and could be assembled with some care and a few retries, but I wouldn't choose to buy from here again based on their cavalier attitude to my money and their promise to inform and reassure in the face of whatever supply chain issues.

Excellent choice of products, easy ordering, delivered on time and arrived in good condition.Only one issue was packing was a bit on the light side, although items were not damaged during transit.
